My ImperiHome Pro licence is not recognized anymore

Since ImperiHome 3.0 some users running old Android releases 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 have their ImperiHome Pro licence not recognized anymore.

Users have resolved this issue by following the steps below :
- remove your Google account from your tablet/smartphone
- clear the Play Store data and the cache 
- restart the tablet/smartphone
- add the Google account again

If if this is not enough to restore your Pro License, then uninstall and reinstall both ImperiHome Lite and Pro versions. Then restore your configuration by importing your last backup configuration file.

Since ImperiHome 4.0, the users are requested to create an ImperiHome account. The former Pro license is moved automatically to Premium (without any additional fee). Sometimes the automatical transfer is not working. Please contact us and we will make the change manually.
