When you contact ImperiHome's support, it happens that we ask you to send us your ZiBase data so that we can try to diagnose your problem or support your particular configuration.
Here is how to get the data :
First, log in your ZiBase configuration console on https://zibase.net, clicking the Configuration button :
Then, switch to 'Expert' mode :
Then, go to the 'System' tab and write down the Identifier and token :
Then, enter the 2 following URLs in your internet browser, replacing the identifier and token values :
Simply save the data in text files and send them to us attached to your email response.
